Completely plush Lysander came to the shelter from Toretsk and brought post-traumatic syndrome and fear of loud sounds with him, like other cats from this region. At first he was very timid and avoided people, but pretty soon he began to sadly poke his muzzle into the palms of people’s hands when they tried to pet him. This is a most gentle creature, a very kind cat with cozy round proportions, will clearly become a completely tame clingy cat when he finally recovers from the stress he has experienced. Lysander needs a quiet, safe home without small children and fuss, and loving, responsible people who will understand the psychological state of the cat and can provide him with peace and care.
Unfortunately, due to the hard life on the street, Lysander is sick with feline viral immunodeficiency. Feline viral immunodeficiency is absolutely not dangerous for people and all animals except other cats. Therefore, Lysander can only be the only cat in the house. This disease is not a death sentence; a cat can live a long, rich life with proper care and attention. You can read more about this here: https://hatul-madan.org/blogs/FIV
