Gede survived in Lysychansk and was evacuated to Kyiv in the summer of 2022. No one could have thought that this cat, emaciated after a long life in famine, would turn into an almost 7-kilogram handsome guy. At the same time, Gede is by no means fat, he is simply a huge, dignified example of the cat family. Despite such impressive volumes, this is a very playful and at times even hyperactive cat. Gede loves hugs and physically needs a lot of human attention, he cannot be left alone for a long time, otherwise Gede will start to feel sad. He will become a real find for a person who loves to do everything in the company of his furry friend.

Unfortunately, he is sick with feline immunodeficiency virus, and therefore he is strictly forbidden to communicate with other cats. But as the only feline pet, he can live a long happy life at home.

Viral immunodeficiency of cats is totally not dangerous for people and the rest of the animals, except of the other cats. This disease is not a death sentence with proper care and attention. You can read more about this here: https://hatul-madan.org/blogs/FIV
