In October 2022, the "Hatul Madan" shelter, together with the breed community of American bully owners, took the emaciated, skinny dogs of the American Gangsters Kennel from Bucha to Kyiv. The history of this kennel is full of tragedies. The police are working to understand the reasons and perpetrators of the latter.

During the occupation of Bucha, the owner of the kennel died. Since then, people from all over Ukraine helped Maksym, her husband, with money and dog food. He was offered to give out the dogs, but he did refused. People say, no one was allowed in the house. No one has seen the real number of dogs and the conditions in which they were kept.

All this time, Maksym showed a good Instagram pictures. In the summer of 2022, he had time to bond the dogs, puppies were born. All of them were already sold.

When at the end of October, the parents of the late Tanya could not find Maxim for three days, so they came to Maxim, opened the door and saw hell. Dead dogs in the some cages. Exhausted skeletons in others. Dead puppies in a bag under the battery.

Why? The house was full of dog food bags.

Eight dogs went to the "Hatul Madan" shelter for respite. The two dogs and two puppies that survived were taken for rehoming. Unfortunately, the kids died.

All surviving dogs have been successfully rehomed.
